Advanced technology does not need to be difficult. The dxCS has been engineered to provide a reliable, cost-effective means of issuing electronic citations. The system works independently of your city’s IT infrastructure using “smart” client application and a customized Web interface. The result is a reliable system that every city can afford.
Smart handhelds
Simple and efficient: the dxCS’s handheld application is designed to be easy to use, with a logical flow that is clear to veterans and new users alike. Issuing citations is an efficient process; completing one takes under a minute. Connected or not, the handhelds work independent of a network connection. Data is cached locally. When a network connection is present, synchronizations occur seamlessly in the background, exchanging violation information with the dxCS servers.
Web-based interface
Staff access violation information through a customized Web interface. The dxCS is configured for your city and includes a suite of Web-based administrative functions to manage the infraction codes, location information and authorized users. Optional functionality can be added to enhance the performance of the system. Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or other SQL-based tools can be used to further process citation information. Data can be exported and linked to other third-party systems.
Hosted solution
The dxCS is a managed system. The system resides on our servers in a world-leading green datacenter and is monitored “24/7.” Data is backed up daily. The dxCS can integrate with many major back-end court management and docket systems as well as government databases. Citation information is securely transmitted between handhelds and Web-based users, allowing your officers and parking violations staff to work from anywhere, without the need to provision IT resources to support the system.
